Chef Gila has provided catering services for our organization for the past 2 years. Whether it is lunch for our board members or a large donor event she takes care of all of the details. I don't have to worry about quantity, quality or even dietary restrictions.
Plus the menu is always creative, delicious and full of fresh healthy ingredients!

Chef Gila and Chef Steven which have worked and have being trained by one of the most famous Chefs in DFW - made the most amazing traditional Mediterranean dinner for my fiance 40th Birthday! I am vegetarian, so they were very considerate of that and got very creative with the dishes so the non-vegetarians would appreciate the food as well. Every thing was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I got so many compliments about the food especially the delicious couscous and my special request of sweet tomate dip .
I always though it would literally break my bank to have a catering company come and cater my party but you will be surprised how affordable they are.They are passionate about what they do and that is what differentiates them from other catering companies that normally have set menus and aren't very flexible with menu options. I felt lucky to be able to serve my guests food that would have easily cost them at least $40 dollars a person at any regular Mediterranean restaurant, This guys are rising starts! At some point ate the party I felt guilty bc I kept getting all the credit and compliments for the amazing food without having a chance to say these guys did all the work. So, I wanna make sure other people know that they can have quality food and flexible menus to accommodate any kind of diet.

Chef Gila and Chef Stevn has coordinated every event I can think of in the 8 years I have known them. From birthday parties to baby showers, there food is always amazing, their events are flawless, and always finds a way to stay cool calm and collected, putting the client at ease. Nobody ever worries when they've been hired to be in charge. You can relax and enjoy your event. Truly the best at what they do.

Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. We always try to start with a conversation that's natural, rather than a repetitive list of impersonal questions on a piece of paper. We want to get to know our clients. We want to make memories! The only way to do that is to give you the experience that's everything you've ever wanted but never knew you needed!
Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. Both Chef Gila and Chef Steven have different areas of expertise to bring to the table which is why it makes them such a powerful dynamic. Chef Steven has been in the culinary field as an Executive Food Purchaser for extremely large venues like the American Airlines Center, and all of the locations as the Executive Chef for Snap Kitchen. What that means for you is that when it comes to pulling off large events, or needing someone to help guide your with menu planning and production for weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, etc... He's the best in the business.
Chef Gila comes from the Front of the House ( Industry lingo ;) While she is culinaraly experienced, she has spend over 12 years as a General Manager in fine dining and Event coordination for a Catering Company before moving on to open her own. She is able to bring the customer service approach as well as the detailed planning of your events together, as well as help the client achieve any theme, decor, vendor related requests and more.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. We wanted to answer this question because we actually are very proud of this part of our business. With a lot of caterers they have pre- set menus with multiple items on each list set at a certain price point and you can either afford a package or you cant. What that means is that a lot of times you end up sacrificing what you really want because its not part of the package or price point you can afford. With us we customize everything down to the ingredients. We will work with every client on their specific menu to help them create a menu with items they really want and tailor it to include what they can afford instead of cancelling out what they can't.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. Gila Beegle has worked in Hospitality for over 18 years running high end restaurants and event coordinating. Executive Chef Steven Beegle brings his experience from large scale operations for high end dining and culinary consulting. Together they have consulted for many DFW restaurants to help them develop their menus and concepts. 'We love food, plain and simple. We want to bring the joy that good food, prepared right, brings us, to others.'
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Because we pride are selves on being so customizable, we get to work with people from all walks of life! We have done multi million dollar galas down to several hundred dollar luncheons and backyard BBQs. We do a lot of dinner parties and cooking parties actually. Our most requested is Iron Chef competitions. They are a total blast and people get totally in to them. We really love to do Tapas style cocktail parties as well. Small bites are very much are style.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. Having a strong idea of what style you want and your budget parameter is a very important place to start! From there, we can guide you through the rest. We always like to say " Tell us your vision and we will take you on a food journey!"
